"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
The site loaded just fine for me, and it was easy to find stuff once I started clicking around. Checkout threw me off a little bit though, like I had to pause and figure out what it wanted next, but I got through it in the end

I bought my ASUS laptop from ASUS while they had a discount running, and the price was better than I expected. I did spend a little time double-checking everything before ordering just to feel sure I was getting a legit good deal, but the checkout process was straightforward and didn’t give me any issues. "Arrived faster than I expected"
I ordered from asus.com and figured it would take the usual amount of time, since that’s how most online orders go. But they sent the tracking quickly, and the package ended up showing up earlier than I was expecting. The box was in good shape too, which I always kind of assume might be hit or miss with shipping. No problems at all, so I’m happy with the whole experience

I ordered a laptop from asus.com the delivery went smoothly. It showed up right around when they said it would, and the tracking kept updating like it should, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. The box did have a small dent, which made me a liiittle nervous at first, but everything inside was totally fine. Not a perfect delivery, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

I ordered from asus.com and overall the tracking process was smooth. I got email updates and could check where my package was without much hassle, and it showed up when they said it would. The only thing is I was expecting the instructions or next steps to be a little clearer along the way, especially after placing the order. Still, no real problems and it was a simple, easy experience.

"I sent my laptop in for repair..."
I sent my laptop in for repair and getting the shipping label was actually quick, so that part was no hassle. After that though, things felt a bit slow and the updates weren’t super clear.

I ended up reaching out to support a couple times just to see what was going on. The laptop came back fixed after about 3 weeks, which is what mattered most, but the box was a little beat up. Overall, it was okay, just not the smoothest experience.

"Fast responses and genuinely helpful support"
I had a question about my order on asus.com, so I messaged support and figured I’d be waiting a day or two 😅. But they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply.
I did have to follow up one more time, and they replied again after a short wait. It made the whole situation way less stressful, and overall I had a good experience. I’d definitely feel comfortable using the site again...

Overall, it’s a decent laptop and does what I need it to do. The build is okay, but the hinges feel kind of weak, which makes me a little worried long term. It also scratches really easily, so you’ll definitely want to be careful with it.

"Fast and smooth so far"
My Asus laptop’s been running really well so far. It starts up quick, apps load fast, and it doesn’t really slow down even when I’ve got a bunch of tabs open. The fan isn’t too loud either, which is nice. Battery life has been decent for how I use it. Overall, happy with it.

"Good value for the price"
I bought an Asus laptop from the site after my brother mentioned they usually have decent specs for the money. Overall, I’m happy with it. Compared to a few other brands I looked at, the laptop offered better specs for the price. Delivery wasn’t super quick, but it arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and setup was straightforward. The only thing I’d say is that the support pages could be a little easier to follow. Other than that, it feels like a solid deal and good value for what I paid

"Found the drivers quickly"
I had to reinstall Windows on my ASUS laptop last weekend, and I was expecting it to take forever. After I got Windows running again, I went to the ASUS support page and found the drivers fast. The BIOS update instructions were clear enough too, so by the time I restarted everything, it was all working like normal. it was way less hassle than I thought it would be.

The laptop runs well overall and I haven’t had any real issues with performance. It’s quick enough for what I need. My only complaint is the screen hinge, I’m not sure how to explain it, but it just feels a bit cheap or less solid than I expected. For the price, I was hoping the build quality would feel a little better

I paid for my ASUS order by card and, to be fair, it worked fine. The final payment page did take a bit longer to load than I would’ve liked, so I was starting to wonder if something had gone wrong. But the confirmation email showed up right away, which was reassuring. I guess I can’t really complain, the payment process was smooth overall, though it could definitely be a little quicker.

"Looks clean, though a little busy at times"
I actually like the way ASUS looks overall. The darker design and product photos give it a modern feel, and I could quickly get a sense of the laptops and parts without too much effort.
That said, some pages felt a little crowded to me. There are quite a few banners, animations, and things competing for attention, so I found myself slowing down and looking around more carefully. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it could be a bit calmer in some spots.

Overall though, the site still looks nice and matches the ASUS brand well. It’s not perfect, but it definitely feels polished enough, and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

"Warranty repair was way less stressful than I expected"
A few months after getting my ASUS laptop, the screen started acting up, and I remember that sinking feeling because I really didn’t want to deal with a long warranty headache. I reached out to support, and while the first response took a little while, once they got back to me, everything felt straightforward. They explained the steps clearly, which made the whole thing a lot less frustrating than I had built it up in my head.

I sent the laptop in and kept expecting some kind of surprise charge or delay, but it came back faster than I thought it would. The screen was fixed, and they didn’t charge me anything. I still remember opening the box and feeling relieved that it was just done. It ended up being a much smoother experience than I expected, and I’m happy with how they handled it.
